PABS Cycling Return Policy

General Merchandise:

Customers may return new, unopened items in the original (resaleable) packaging. Items that look to have been installed, or packaging damaged may be denied a return or charged a restocking fee of 30%

New Bikes: $1499 and under - 3 Business Days

New bikes that have not been ridden, or had components changed/installed/removed and retail under $1500 MAY be eligible for a return minus a 20% restocking fee if the following conditions are met. Any accessories installed by PABS on a sold unit will incur a 30% restocking fee.

- The bike was an in-stock unit.

-The bike was a current model year unit.

-The bike shows ZERO signs of use past its original test ride.

New Bikes: Special Orders - Not Returnable

New Bikes: Special Order Deposits - Not Returnable

Used Parts - Bikes - Not Returnable

​

Clearance Merchandise - Store Credit within 5 Business Days

​

 

Layaway Deposits:

Refundable within 1-week of the deposit. After 1-week deposits are store credit Only.
